CHINS Petition

My daughter is on a chins petition, we're moving out of state for a while and then back to va maybe.Does the chins petition follow her?I heard it does'nt.And then if she moves back to va is it still in affect?

Your daughter is required to follow

and comply with the terms of whatever order came down from the J&DRDC where the CHINS petition was filed--as long as this order remains in effect.
