Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

i am US citizen, last year i got married in turkish with non-immigrant lady, my wife willbe coming soon, but what if we couldn't stay together? if we need to seperate ( hope not) how long after devorce i can get marry again.

the reason i'm asking i heard till 3 years i can not marry with any one else.

Your question makes no sense. If you married a Turkish

lady last year while still married to someone else, you could be prosecuted for bigamy.
