Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I would like to know what the Code of virgina sections mean, I recently did a concent order and I was wondering what some of the codes ment.. We both agreed to NO child support and I was wondering if there was a way for her to come after it even though its stated in the agreement that neither party can..

Yes, child support can always be pursued to be established if the child is under age 18 since this right inures to the best interests

of the child and not to that of the parents and the child is never bound

by such an agreement.
