Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
college expenses for a non custodial parent
is it legally possible for a custodial parent to make a non custodial parent pay for college if it is stated in their divorce papers that support will stop on the child's 19th birthday or high school graduation whichever comes first. It mentions nothing about college
