Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Complainant No Contest Divorce

I was married in Loudoun County, VA. I am now filing for divorce. I have the no contest document and would like to know if I need to have this document notarized with both of our signatures. We were only married a year and half. The ony joint billed opened together was a car payment which he has signed over to me.

Re: Complainant No Contest Divorce

No, if you're the plaintiff in the divorce, the document entitled "ACCEPTANCE/WAIVER OF SERVICE OF PROCESS AND WAIVER OF FUTURE SERVICE OF PROCESS AND NOTICE"

is to be completed(all boxes that apply checked) and signed by the defendant in the matter before a notary public, preferably a clerk of the court where the COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE has been filed.
