Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Concering Parent

I just have a quick question. I am leaving my husband because i am no longer in love with him and am not physically attracted to him. I know that i am not a loud to take my daughter out of state without his permission because if i do he can call the cops and say i am kidnapping her. My question is: DO you think that it will be bad on my part to leave? I have no family here in Va all of my family and support is in Fl. I can not afford anything here on my own. What do you think that i should do? I do not want to lose my daughter at all and i feel horrible about leaving but i cant stay in a loveless marriage anymore. If i was to leave could he use that against me in court? I do not plan on losing contact with her, i do plan on calling her everyday and trying to come up here every month until we can reach some sort of an agreement. Thank you for your time. PLease let me know if there is anything that i should or shouldnt do.

Re: Concering Parent

The questions which you're asking would be better (meaning more appropriately)put to a marriage or family counselor or, perhaps, a family pastor or priest rather than to an attorney since the legal issues involved would appear at this point incomparably less important than those having to due with you and your family and the interpersonal relationships which bind each of you to the other.
