conflict of interest
My attorneys current husband was represented by opposing counsel during his divorce case.
Should opposing counsel have been permitted to enter our custody suit, kmowing he represented my attorneys husband in his former divorce case?
Is this a conflict of interest?

Probably, not a significant one(meaning conflict of interest), but, perhaps, you might want to take a closer look at your own counsel with respect to this issue.
