Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Confused

I was living with my son father and he wanted us out so i waited til he went to work one day and i left. He only wants to see my son on sunday for a few hours and he makes 2300 monthly and i only make 1600, he wants to only give me 150 biweekly when that will only cover child care. Neither one of us has legal custody of our son and we are not married. What should i do???Thx u

Go to your local Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court and file the paperwork necessary to request that paternity be estblished and a child support obligation in conformity with the Virginia Child Support Guidelines.
