Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Conspiracy against Marriage

My brother-in-law (wife's brother) calls my wife in my absence and advises her to divorce me and this has created havoc in our family life. My wife and I are affected by this evil external influence in our marriage and I fear that if this goes on - we will end up in a split. We have 2 little kids from the marriage and I want to keep my marriage intact and from falling apart. Is there any way a restrictive order could be placed on my brother in law to prevent him from conspiring and causing a split in our marriage?
