Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
I didn't contest the divorce in the beginning
My husband filed for divorce and because I didn't have an attorney, I didn't contest it. We will be legally divorced next month, and I am not happy with the terms that he set forth in the paperwork given to me. Is it too late to contest the divorce and file on my own grounds?

To resort to that wonderful lawyer language, "It depends." Need to know what you signed and how far along in the process you are.
