Contesting will..

My question is ..How to go about contesting a will and making the other party in the will prove their paternity , and getting it into court?

Your question makes no sense, i.e, "contesting a will and making the other party in the will prove

their paternity". It would appear that you have both your BBS categories of law as well as your legal terminology confused.
