Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Copy Prenup agreement

I have only the original signed, witnessed, and notorized Prenuptual agreement. Is it possible to get ''certified true copies'' that would be usable should the original be lost or destroyed?

Re: Copy Prenup agreement

Make as many "true copies" as you like and have an affidavit prepared for each copy attesting to its status as a "certified true copy", and then take the affidavits and copies to the same notary that signed the originals and have her/him sign each affidavit and attach to each true copy and, VOLAH, you'll have your "certified true copies".
