Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

is there a way for a couple to establish separation while cohabitating due to financial issues...this is a no contest, mutual divorece with 3 children 12 & under involved.

Yes, it's now possible under Virginia law for spouses to establish in effect what are separate households under the same marital roof, so to speak, for the purpose of establishing the separartion between them that is a necessary prelude to divorce.
