Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

How do I ask the Court to dissolve my marriage;

Im preparing my Final Divorce Decree, pro se:

Service was completed by Publication;

Final Decree submitted and the Court rejects it on In Rem Jurisdiction;

Spousal Support Court has in rem jurisdiction; therefore, reserved for court of competent jurisdiction.

Equitable Distribution Court has in rem jurisdiction; therefore, reserved for court of competent jurisdiction.

We have not acquired property and debts during or as a result of their marriage which need to be divided and therefore no written stipulation agreement between the parties to be affirmed by the Court;

There are no issues in dispute concerning equitable distribution, spousal support or child support, custody and visitation.

There's likely a problem with the manner in which the notice of publication

was given and it would therefore be abvisable for you to arrange for a

consultation with an attorney with experience in such matters to review it.
