Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have a court order from Visitation case that forbids me from emailing my ex-wife at her work. I have never been arrested, never charged with any crime, never any threats, no violence, no abuse, I emailed my ex-wife 2 times at her work, once to ask if my 14 yr old daughter could go with me to relative wedding, another innocent non threatening email...total of 2, my ex-wife filed a Show cause because of the 2 emails, what is the worst that can happen to me? Spotsylvania VA

Probably nothing but a firm warning from the judge not to repeat this behavour (unless there is

reason for him or her to have further concern arising from the underlying reason for

this prohibition as to your visitation rights in this order.)
