court ordered visitation

I have a court order for visitation. My ex has kept my child from me for almost 3 months. My ex has moved to a location that I dont know and I dont have a phone number to reach her. What are my options?

Hire a PI to locate the absconding mother and child(assuming you simply can't do it yourself).
