Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I'm currenlty seperated and about to sign a divorce decree in Virginia. My wife got pregnant by someone else while we were still living together and then we seperated. How do I make sure I'm not held legally responsible for the new baby before i sign the final divorce decree? The wife is currently living with the baby's father.

Your divorce decree should incorporate a PSA(Property Settlement Agreement) with a provision which makes clear that you are not the father of this child and that you disclaim all responsibility for this child's support and as a consequence are in fact relieved of the responsibility to support this child, and,

if necessary, you will submit to a paternity test to corroborate your claim.
