i have cusody of my daughter and her fathers parents are going after cosody of her but the thing is im in bad health and plan on giving my rights to them thay can pevide for her better than i can , there going after support on me but her father is in the hole 2,600.00 to me but there not going after my childs father thier son for support can he be held to pay them support if i have to pay even if thay didnt file on him ? can i inforce the issue ? what can i do ?

Yes, you could force the issue, i.e., the collection of arrearages which are owed to you but the parents of the father would be limited to pursuing their son only for future support that would have to be established in the form of a valid court order
making them payees on the order once they secure custody of their grandchild.
