Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My ex who is the custodial parent(mother) of my daughter is in the middle of a divorce from her husband. She has notified me in writing that she is moving in 30 days into her now fiance's apartment until the divorce is final. She has also said that she will remarry immediately after the divorce is final and that the NEW husbands in the military as well and is getting orders to move out of state (14 hours away )anytime in the next year.As a father and non custodial parent with little to no money for a lawyer in the state of virginia what can i do to stop the relocation when i am not sure when it will happen?I just need to know if this is even legal?

She most likely has to give you and the court written notice of relocation. You can take her to court when she notices you and the court to prevent and look toward best interests of the child.
