Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Custodial parents choices of babysitters.

My ex wife has a track record of leaving our children with bad babysitters. She has taken them out soon after I consulted her about the situations but, what worries me is that it has always taken ME to see the problems within the babysitters for her to remove them. Now she is remarried and her new husband has 2 adult children and she randomly leaves our children with them. Well one was arrested earlier this year for possession of marijuana. My ex has been frustrating my visitation rights and so much more lately. With that, do I have a stance to obtain custody of the children?

Re: Custodial parents choices of babysitters.

Probably not(in my opinion), but you may wish to have the court review the circumstances which may be interfering with the exercise of your right to lawful visitation with your children.
