Custodial Parents $250 Uninsured Medical

So, since I have already met the $250 amount from the beginning of the year, can I only request reimbursement from July forward? This is in response to Mr. Hendricks response below: ''The obligation on the part of the noncustodial parent to pay these particular expenses under these particular circumstances would become effective with the date of the revised order addressing the issue and there would be no such obligation prior to that date.''
