custody appeal

I am appealing the JDR court decision and going to Circuit Court. My daughter is currently living with her father but wants to live with me. How do I subpoena her to court (she will be 17 next month).

I am not sure what you are appealing, but as for the subpoena, you ask that a subpoena be issued and served on her. The Clerk's office has a form for this. Good luck.
