Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have won physical and legal custody of my 3 children. 1st. in juvinal ct. which she appealed, then it went to circuit ct. I won. Instead of her being prepared to prove herself to have joint custody,she comes to court 5 mo. pregant. We are still not divorced and he lives now in Ga. with her military boyfriend and still thinks she can have er summer visiation. Six mo. ago she filed a 3rd. court of appeal disputing 2 judges and claiming that witnesses and myself lied on the stand. She wont work and refuses to get a drivers license. I work very hard everyday, support my 3 children and pay for daycare for the two little ones. She is from ME. which is where she wentwhen she left to her parents. She left because she got pregnant and told me it was mine, that apparently my visectomy did not take.She knew I wouldnt fall for that long.After she left I went to the Dr. and he said the baby could not have possibly been mine.She had an abortion.She put a restraining order on me in ME. sayig I was very abusive which was proven totally false.One of my witnesses was a DR. who testified she was hooked on prescription drugs. This goes onnn.So what chance does she have with this 3rd appeal? I hope slim and none.
