Custody

A good friend is going through a messy divorce & the wife is using the girls to her advantage. He is on a rotating schedule at work & he tries to slide his days so he can get both girls for the weekend.She had the 6 yr old call & say I don't want to see you & hung up the phone. The wife called back & said that he was suppose to get them on Wed & Thurs this week & he cannot get them if he changes his days. Is this true?

Re: Custody

If there is a custody/visitation order in place specifying days/times of visitation, that must be followed unless another schedule is mutually agreed to or the order is modified.
