Custody issues

I'm a mother of 2 and have been separated for 9 months. My stbx and I have been on very good terms with shared custody and no child support paid by either party. That is, of course, until my boyfriend and soon to be husband began staying with me. My stbx has now filed for custody stating he doesn't want the children sleeping at the house if there is another man there. He has recently moved to another county which is where he filed his petition. I have been in the same county for 13 yrs which is also where the children go to school. My STBX comes into my home when I am not here and rummages around and takes pictures. I have changed the locks but he pressures my daughter (14) to let him in...He feels like he should decide who I have in my life and when he can stick around.
