custody

I have two kids from my previous marriage.Can my new husband can adopt my kids because I have physical custody of them.

if yes what i need to do?

Your husband cannot adopt the children without the father having been given the opportunity to object, and over the father's objections only if a court determines it has grounds to terminate his parental rights.
