Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have custody. He has reasonable visitation.

My question is what should I do, if my daughters' birth father does not want to see her!!! He just started paying child support and is behind $14,000. I'm engaged to someone, so its not like she missing her father because he has been for her since day 1. My daughter's father is a very shady and conniving. We went to court in the past over custody being said I have kept our daughter away from him, which is false. But I was granted custody w/reasonable visitation. Now he saying he dont want to see her no more. How should I go about this in the right way. What should I do???

Re: I have custody. He has reasonable visitation.

Nothing with respect to the visitation issue for the time being, but you should take whatever action is necessary to enforce the collection of the child support (in my opinion).

At some point if you marry the man you're now engaged to and he, perhaps, becomes interested in adopting your daughter, this might spur her natural father to take an interest in his daughter, which, unfortunately for him, might be a little late by then.
