Custody rights

My brother past away 3 years

ago leaving a son who i have

joint custody of with his then

girlfriend who is not the

childs mother .The mother was

deemed unfit,but prior to

going to court gave

guardianship to the girlfriend

the court decided he should

not be stay with her.Now she is

sueing for sole custody,what

might the outcome be.
