dad's visitation rihgts?

My ex fiancee and i have a 7 month old baby. He wants to have visitation with him his never helped me with child support. We broke up because he was cheating on me and got the other woman pregnant. They now live together and she has even called me to wish my child death when i was pregnant. His on probation for assault and battery on 2 counts for fighting with this woman's boyfriend whom she used to live with and has a 5 year old daughter with. My ex also has a long criminal record including drug selling can he have my baby on unsupervised visits, Can he take the baby to his new home with her i don't trust either one Please help me

Yes, he could if the judge ruling on these matters issued an order allowing for such visitation.(However, before any of that could happen, it would appear that the paternity of this father would first need to be legally established by a court along with his obligation to pay child support.)
