Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My daghter's father and i had a written and signed agreement that he was to return her back to me in 3 months after coming to get her October of last year from VA State where i reside and take her back to Oklahoma State, where he resides. He ended up keeping her 3 months longer than he should have and i still ended up coming out of pocket to purchase plane tickets for for me and my daughter. In addition to that all of the clothes and materials i sent my daughter there with are gone and i was not able to get any of her things back. Can i get any money back?

Yes, take him back to court on a Rule to Show Cause for violating

the agreement and to be reimbursed for the expenditures which

his violation caused you to have to make and the losses you incurred

therefrom.
