Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My daughter is 14 and living with a guardian. I have visitations and joint legal custody. Whan it is time to take her back after our visitation she does not want to leave. She has said that she wants to live with me and i have started court procedures. If i do not take her back at the end of a visit what problems could i face?

Possibly, contempt of court charges.
