Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

daughter living with mother

My sister lives with my mom,She does not pay rent. She pays electric bill and cable but that is it. She is very abusive to my mom as are her 15 and 11 year old children.What does she need to do to get them out.My mom is 66 years old and my father has passed away. Thank you

Your motehr must given written notice to your sister that she and her childfren must leave by a date certain, and that if they fail to do so they will be considered trespassers and subject to arrest and removal by local law enforcement authorities.
