Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

my daughter recently lost her job- her husband left in June and provides no support.her family reside in Fl; she and her 3 children are in Va. her utilities have been cut off and she may possibly lose her home soon. Can she move to Fla so that her family may assist her and she may secure employment.

Yes, of course, she can move to Florida. However, if there's a court order involving the custody

of her children, it's probable that she will be required to give the Virginia court as well as her husband 30 days advance notice of her intent to leave the state.
