My daughter 21yrs old is attending college and never received support from her father. Is it too late to get the court to help?

If there's an existing support order under which arrearages have accrued but remain unpaid, then, no, it is not too late to enforce the collection of these arrearages.

However, if an order has never existed, then, yes, it's now too late to

establish what should have been put in place years ago.
