Pursuant to Va. Code Sec. 34-29 b (2), apparently between 50 and 65%
of your disposable earnings for any given work week, depending upon
whether or not you are supporting a spouse and/or child in your
current household and whether you have accumulated at least 12 weeks worth
of arrearages prior to the garnishment going into effect.
