death fund distribution/separated 3 yrs.
Am separated from husband (3
years+). If I should predecease him,
would any of the proceeds from
bank accounts/CDs that are in my
name and my daughter--name
removed--jointly) be
legally his?

Only if your husband's name is also jointly on these accounts or that you've designated him as a beneficary in your will as one entitled to receive the funds in these accounts upon your demise.
