Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Debt Incurred While Married

I owned a home in my name prior to getting married. I never added my spouse to the deed. The original mortgage is in my name. While married, I opened a home equity line of credit and we used it consolidate our credit card debt, etc. When we divorce, is my husband legally responsible for any of the home equity debt?
