how do you get a default hearing judgement and how do you get what is ordered

Step one is filing a motion for default judgment with the court and scheduling a hearing on the motion. Step two is presenting evidence at the hearing about the amount being sought.

Step three is collecting, and that's the hard part; you have to find out where the defendant's assets are and try to reach them with garnishment actions.
