Denial of Visitation?

Hello:

The Father who is in the Military has custody of our 5 year old child in this case.

My question: Can the father put the child in a day care that is to far away for me to pick her up for my court ordered visitation schedule? By doing this it will interfere with my other childs court ordered counseling as well has my Job? Would this constitute denial of visitation?
