Depositions

I am doing my divorce on my own . I have a signed order to proceed without notification . Since I do't know where the defendant is located , do i still have to have a deposition done?

A deposition requires the presence(at least telephonically)of a person or persons. If you're proceding against a person whose whereabouts is unknown,and the court has given its permission to do so, no such deposition would either be possible nor required.
