Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

what happens after depostion for final divorce papers

I gave depostion for final divorce because I had to give proof for adultry charges. How long should it take for final divorce? Does it go to judge first ? I know my husbands lawyer was going to be notified of depostion

Any deposition which you may have provided regarding alleged adultery on the part of your spouse is unliklely to be regarded as sufficient to prove the fault ground asserted in your case, and, therefore, an evidentiary type hearing will very likely have to be scheduled before the court on the matter (which could take some time to arrange).
