i need to make a deciscion by 12/8 so taking a chance do have councel need second oppion, real mariatal property a house $650,00 ,1st is $286,000 ,home equity$140,000 used for carwash at one of two gas stations that are 2mil in debt by gross mis mangement, and mental unstable, and adultry,illegal imigrants they generate 400,000 month combine, profit 20, to sometime40,000 for 5 yr now they say o profit he hiding money.house due to forecl unless 9,300is reinstate i ask for quit claim ,corp absorbs 2nd 400,00 inequity to me due i reinsta even without quit claim to save house if i go after stations theirbroke on paper
