Disclosure of mental health records

My fiance is going to court for shared custody of his two children, in the past he was diagnosed as being bi-polar, will his wife's attorny be able to supeona his records for the court case?

Assuming that the shared custody is a contested matter and that the bi-polar condition is a relevant factor for the court to consider(and it, probably, would be), the answer is, yes.
