Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Divoce to greencard holder

My husband is a greencard holder, which I helped him get, we have been married for 3.5 years and we have no children together(because he told me after we got married that he wanted to wait until he was 40 years old), he has placed me in my mother's home, where he refuses to live, he has neglacted me for the past 5 months. Since he has recived his greencard his emotions for me has changed. This is his 2nd marriage to a us citizen. What are my opions?
