Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

Divorce Agreement

I have a signed divorce separation stating I must pay half of our kids college education. Is that stipulation really enforceable after they turn 18 years old.

ongoing agreeement(contract)which will continue to be legally viable even after your children turn age 18.
