Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
Divorce Agreement
I have a signed divorce separation stating I must pay half of our kids college education. Is that stipulation really enforceable after they turn 18 years old.

Re: Divorce Agreement
A parent is generally not obligated to financially support a child after reaching majority and in college, unless he/she has agreed to do so in a valid agreement. In such case a parent may obligate themself to pay for post-secondary education.

Re: Divorce Agreement
Yes, quite enforceable as part of your
ongoing agreeement(contract)which will continue to be legally viable even after your children turn age 18.
