Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

divorce child custody

My wife has committed adultry and is pregnant.also she has forged my checks signing my name.she also has a drinking problem and I have pics of her drinking while being 6 weeks pregnant pics of her passed out drunk and some witnesses to testify to her drinking problem. She has filed for Divorce and is trying to move from our current home of 8 yrs back to her family in Mississipi were I won't be able to have a relationship with my 3 daughters ages 3,5, and 9. In Va divorce can this happen. Her claim is she can't afford to live a here because of the cost of living.Can this happen

Sure, it could happen unless, perhaps, you contest it. Better see an attorney who is appropriately knowledgeable and experienced in Virginia divorce and related domestic relations law matters.
