Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
Divorce debt.
My wife continues to charge up a credit card that she started back up after we paid it off. I didn't know she had it and the statement is going to her friends house. I am trying to make our marriage work but she is continuing charging up debt and stay out one weekend a month. How can I not be responsibe for her debt that she refuses to continue. She is up to 7500.00 now on that card she says. She is making the payment.

You might want to consider marriage counseling, with or without the participation of your wife.
If that doesn't produce anything of consequence in ameliorating the situation, then you might want to consider engaging the services of an attorney to advise you on your legal options and the considerations which attend each of those options.
