Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

In our Divorce Decree my ex-husband was granted several items of property. He had a set time-frame (10 days) during which he had to pick up these items. Neither he nor his lawyer ever called and no one came to get them. The-time frame (also spelled out in the decree) is a month+ passed. Is he still entitled to these items? Can I keep/sell/dispose of them?

I'd like to return his sentimental items, but some things I wouldn't mind keeping to use myself (or selling if it all possible).

Thank you!

Unless the decree specifically says you can keep after 10 days, you should try to return them or at least ask what he wants done and that you will sell them by a date certain if not picked up. In my opinion, you would be selling them at your peril. If you had an attorney representing you, you should direct your questions to that attorney. Good luck.
