Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My ex and I have divorce decree. In it I paid car payment ex got car with stipulation she keeps insurance up. I got a legal notice of cancellation of my license due to not carrying insurance on car. Ex lost job and didn't pay insurance. Second time she has done this. Car is in my name what are my options.

The problem is not merely with your former spouse but with this kind of agreement itself which is a prescription for trouble. Sure, you could "Show Cause" her, but that is not likely to guarantee that it will not happen again.
