Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My divorce decree states "joint, physical custody" with no child support. My ex-wife moved and now talks of taking me to court not to mention my son is 17. Does she have a case?

No, not for the past and very unlikely for the few remaining months in the future before your son transits from being a minor to an adult at age 18

(although under Virginia law it's possible that your obligation to pay child support could continue until he turns 19 or graduates from high school--whichever occurs first.)
